Informal meet up with basic tutorial - small group to encourage everyone to get to know each other and a chance to get into the Christmas Spirit. Just like our drawing club but with a craft!

Make your own hand-stitched and embellished Festive Decorations! Sew some sweet handmade decorations with us - from little christmas trees to candy canes and christmas puddings, we have it covered. Learn some basic embellishment techniques and take some time out to enjoy a creative project of your own this year. You can make as many decorations as you have time for and templates will be shared to continue at home with. These one-of-a-kind decorations could be strung up to make a decorative garland or hung as treasures on the tree!

Join us for our popular Christmas Wreath Workshop this year at the wonderful Still Studio in Leeds! Get into the festive spirit and create something natural and unique. This year, we will be hand-dyeing our own silk ribbons to create something beautifully bespoke for yourself or a loved one this Christmas.

Workshops are hosted this year by local wreath maker Lauren from ‘Deck Your Door’ and textile artist Kayleigh from ‘Ocre’. Lauren and Kayleigh will be guiding you through the workshop to create a wild natural festive wreath. You will be shown how to create pigments from a range of seasonal foraged plants and hand-dye silk ribbons to adorn your wreaths.

All abilities are welcome. Whether this is your first wreath-making experience or it’s something you do every year, we’d love to have you!

Join us for a delightful evening of Glass Bauble Painting!

You’ll leave with a trio of beautifully painted festive baubles that would make a handmade and heartfelt gift or can be hung immediately and treasured for years to come!

Join Sophie for this Christmas Card Lino Printing Workshop at the beautiful Still Studio right next to Leeds Train Station. Still Studio is a gorgeous light filled, inspiring space - can you find more info here.

In this beginners intro to linoprint workshop, you will learn about how to transfer your design onto a block, how to cut your design into the lino and how to print your design using ink onto cards in time for Christmas. We'll be using wooden spoons to transfer your design onto paper, so you can learn to do it at home afterwards!!

During this workshop, Charlotte will guide you through the process of creating your very own bespoke terrazzo jesmonite mini plant pot.

We will be using Jesmonite AC100 which is an environmentally conscious alternative to traditional resin based products, and provides a lightweight alternative to concrete. We will go through the whole process in this workshop - from choosing colours and casting the products, through to sanding and sealing them ready to take home with you on the day!
